2. What glowTFup provides
glowTFup uses supported iPhone TrueDepth hardware to produce on-device facial measurements, uncertainty estimates, transparent deterministic scores, reports and progress features. Availability and precision depend on device hardware, capture conditions, pose, visibility and measurement quality.
3. Informational, not medical
glowTFup is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prevent or treat any condition. Measurements, heuristic ranges, scores and suggestions are informational and are not medical, dental, psychological or professional advice. Reference ranges are editable community heuristics, not clinical norms or population percentiles. Do not use the app for identity verification or safety-critical decisions.
4. Monthly subscription
A free scan preview may display a limited selection of measurements. Access to the complete report, all supported measurements and scores, report history, and progress features requires an active monthly auto-renewable subscription. The exact price in your local currency and billing period are displayed by Apple before you confirm purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when purchase is confirmed.
- The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
- Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
- You can cancel or manage renewal in Apple subscription settings.
- Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
- Billing, refunds, trials and eligibility are administered by Apple under App Store rules.
5. Device requirements
Scanning requires a compatible iPhone with a front TrueDepth camera, camera permission and a supported iOS version. Simulator, iPad and devices without compatible TrueDepth hardware cannot perform facial scans.
6. Acceptable use
You may use glowTFup only for lawful personal purposes and only with the informed permission of any person being scanned. You must not use the app to harass, discriminate against, impersonate, identify, surveil or make decisions affecting another person's employment, insurance, credit, housing, education or access to services.
7. Your data
Facial captures and reports remain on your device as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining device access controls and any backups you choose to create.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, subject to your rights under applicable law and Apple's subscription rules. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every scan will produce every measurement.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Purchases made through the App Store are also subject to Apple's media-services terms and refund processes.
