Device requirements
Facial scanning requires a supported iPhone with a front TrueDepth camera and camera permission. TrueDepth capture does not work in the iOS Simulator or on devices without compatible front depth hardware.
Restore a subscription
- Make sure the iPhone uses the Apple Account that made the purchase.
- Open glowTFup and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall.
- Follow any App Store confirmation shown by iOS.
No separate glowTFup account is required. Access is associated with your Apple Account.
Manage or cancel
Open Apple subscription settings to view, manage or cancel your monthly subscription. Removing the app does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.
Delete scan data
Delete an individual saved report from its report screen. Deleting glowTFup removes the app's remaining locally stored scans and reports from the device. We cannot remotely retrieve or delete facial data because it is not uploaded to us.
A scan will not start
- Confirm camera access in iOS Settings.
- Use a supported iPhone with a TrueDepth front camera.
- Keep the face visible in even light and remove obstructions.
- Hold the device upright at the distance shown by the app.
- Restart the app if another app was using the camera.
